Nato e cresciuto a Roma, dove oggi vive e lavora, Fabio Quaranta ha sempre seguito un immaginario maschile elegante comodo ed essenziale. Il suo stile è rigoroso, mirato all’eliminazione del dettaglio superfluo, pensato per un uomo che ha voglia di mimetizzarsi dal glamour.

La collezione che ha presentato a White è composta da capi destrutturati e sfoderati, trattati con lavaggi che donano al vestito un aspetto imperfetto. Le forme donano comfort e agilità pur rimanendo classici nella forma e nell’aspetto. Grazie a diverse collaborazioni con maestri della sartoria e del tessuto, la collezione è stata concepita nel totale rispetto delle tecniche di tradizione. I cotoni, il lino le lane sono leggere e morbide con numerose fantasie colorate.

In the intimate setting of the Basement, Fabio Quaranta presents in the next edition of WHITE, from June 23rd to 25th the new men’s collection Spring/Summer 2013.

Born and raised in Rome, where he lives and works, Fabio Quaranta has always followed a imagery of comfortable and essential garments. His style is rigorous, targeted to eliminate what is superfluous, thought for a man who doesn’t want to blend with glamour.

The collection presented at White was made up of unstructured and unlined garments, treated with washes that give the dress an imperfect aspect. The form gives comfort and agility while it remains traditional in the form and appearance. Through the collaboration with various masters of tailoring and fabric, the collection has been designed in the full compliance with the techniques and traditions. Cotton, linen and wool is soft and light with many colorful fantasies.
